We believe the pursuit of racial justice should be action-oriented, focused, creative, and swift. We believe disrupting oppressive systems includes prioritizing the voices of Black people, Indigenous people, and people of color.

Our mission is to hold the field of social work accountable for its history of racial harm through community engagement, advocacy, reparation, and relational repair.
